An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join this mining and resources operation. This site based role works closely with the Senior Leadership Team to deliver proactive, high impact HR solutions that drive organisational effectiveness and align with strategic and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with site leaders to anticipate and address HR needs
Provide expert guidance across all areas of HR, including employee relations, change management, and organisational development
Coach and develop leaders to build capability, manage performance, and lead teams effectively
Support compliance with employment legislation, industrial relations frameworks, and workplace policies
Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies, programs, and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate across departments to promote health, wellbeing, and engagement initiatives
Contribute to workforce planning, culture initiatives, and HR system enhancements.
About You:
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related discipline
Significant experience in a senior HR business partnering role within a complex or resource industry workplace
Robust understanding of the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, and industrial instruments
Proven experience in performance management, investigations, and employee relations
Demonstrated business acumen, problem solving capability, and strategic thinking
Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
