Local Area Coordinators (LAC)
Team Leaders / Program Coordinators
About the Chance
By joining our disability services talent pool, you may be considered for upcoming vacancies across a range of programs delivering information, linkage, capacity building and direct support.
Positions may be full time, part-time, casual or fixed-term depending on program needs.
What We’re Looking For
A passion for supporting people with disability to achieve their goals
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships
Understanding of the NDIS, person-centred practice, and community inclusion (or willingness to learn)
The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
Good organisational and digital skills, including confidence using client information systems
Relevant qualifications or a commitment to further training
A current driver licence and willingness to undertake required safety checks
