About the Role In this position, you will:
Specialise in permanent blue-collar placements across WA, with the support of a national network
Build, manage and grow your own perm desk
Develop solid, long-lasting client relationships
Drive sales and business development activity
Source, attract, interview and place high-quality candidates
Implement creative sourcing and marketing strategies
Represent the Programmed brand with professionalism and integrity
Manage administration and compliance requirements accurately
Contribute to a high-performing culture built on safety, accountability and teamwork
What We’re Looking For
Recruitment and/or business development experience
Solid relationship-building and communication skills
Commercially minded with strong sales, negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritise across multiple tasks
