Responsibilities
Showcase your food and beverage knowledge to deliver exceptional attentive dining experiences for our guests
Work closely with the kitchen team and sommeliers to ensure excellent flow and beverage pairings throughout the dining experience
Confidently manage a section with professionalism and pace
Focus on guest engagement and upselling opportunities
Be on the floor in full uniform well-groomed and ready for service at the start of your shift.
Prepare the floor and stations for service following the established checklists.
Have a strong knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage menus.
Be aware of any specials on the menu as well as any specific daily briefing points
Experience Qualifications & Skills
A la Carte section waiting experience in a quality or fine dining environment
Have a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences and know its so much more than just a plated dish or a drink in a glass!
Impeccable grooming and presentation.
And most importantly possess a outstanding energetic work ethic and a vision and passion to build a fantastic team workplace.
