We are seeking a motivated and skilled property manager to manage a smaller portfolio of properties in the North West region, with current properties added by the business development team. This trial position offers an opportunity to demonstrate expertise and contribute to expanding the business with versatile working arrangements. Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee a portfolio of residential properties in the North West. Ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with relevant regulations. Liaise with renters, contractors, and stakeholders to provide excellent service. Support the business development team by managing newly acquired properties and providing leasing support.
Assist in identifying opportunities for portfolio growth and improved management efficiency. Requirements
Proven experience as a Property Manager with a track record of managing property portfolios. Solid knowledge of property management regulations and best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with the North/West property market is preferred.
