The Role
To qualify for this role as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you should have substantial experience in venue management and be skilled in simultaneously overseeing à la carte and function services. Exceptional problem‑solving abilities, a talent for leading and developing a team in a fast‑paced environment, and a robust passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences are essential.
The ideal candidate will be deeply entrenched in the hospitality industry,
with a thorough grasp of managing large‑scale venue operations. You should be enthusiastic about growing with the expansion and committed to enhancing the team through effective training and development.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience as an Assistant Manager at a venue of similar size and offerings
Availability to work weekends and across a 7‑day roster, including late nights
Proficient in problem‑solving and task prioritisation
Willingness to actively participate in an enthusiastic and motivated team, leading by example
Possession of full working rights in Australia
