Develop/ update SOPs
Capture feedback/ system change/ requirements
Update Knowledge Articles
Knowledge transfer to internal APS staff
Other tasks as directed
SFIA Skills Code Skills, Qualifications and Other Requirements The Supplier Personnel must have the following skill sets:
The Supplier Personnel must meet the criteria required for the SFIA code/s and level and have the appropriate skills to carry out the services required.
