About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and technically minded Project Sales professional to manage engineered project enquiries across Brisbane (Southside) and the Gold Coast. You’ll own the full lifecycle ‑ from first contact through to installation handover ‑ turning complex enquiries into practical, safe, and profitable solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on site, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and wants to be part of a high‑growth business shaping the future of temporary works.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage all project‑related enquiries from initial contact to installation handover.
Conduct site visits to assess challenges and develop engineered solutions.
Prepare quotes, coordinate with engineers, and secure customer orders.
Work closely with installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Build solid customer relationships through regular contact and site meetings.
Support business development and contribute to pipeline growth.
Collaborate daily with internal engineering, sales, and category specialists.
Who We’re Looking For
Trade background or strong technical aptitude (preferred).
Able to read drawings and understand engineered scopes.
Motivated, competitive, and thrives in a high‑reward, fast‑moving environment.

Strong communicator who builds trust with customers and internal teams.
A Typical Day
Visit customer sites to understand project requirements.
Work with engineers to develop practical, protected, and profitable solutions.
Prepare and follow up on quotes to progress deals.
Meet customers to advance opportunities and secure work.
Coordinate smooth project handovers with the installation team.
