Key Responsibilities
Oversee the operational performance and maintenance of assets within the portfolio.
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and company policies.
Manage tenant relationships, resolve escalated issues, and oversee tenant communication.
Budget management, financial reporting, and achieving financial KPIs.
Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring superior client service.
Key Requirements
Ideally minimum 5 years of similar industry experience.
Demonstrated success in portfolio management.
Exceptional communication skills & financial acumen.
Advanced Microsoft experience.
