The Role
Working as a Store Person at RSEA, you can expect your day to be rapid paced and filled with variety. This role is accountable for supporting the operations of the Retail Store with receiving of incoming stock, dispatching out going stock and working on Retail floor as needed. Storing stock and replenishing stock in the Retail store, along with providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Checking and receipting of all incoming supplier purchase orders and inter-store transfers
Unpack and store incoming stock
Enter delivery slips, requisitions and invoices into the system
Process credits/returns
Picking and packing
Generating work orders for printing
Ensure stock integrity is maintained
Participate in stocktakes
Ensure stock area is clean and tidy
Provide customer service support to the retail floor
A demonstrated commitment to safety and the workplace
Skills / Experience / Qualifications:
Organised and ability to work with tight deadlines
Ability to work independently
Supportive and “can do” attitude
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Warehouse experience – Picking and Packing
Consciences worker and team player
Ability to multi-task on a daily basis
