About the role
Are you looking for a once‑in‑a‑lifetime prospect? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Retail Assistant Manager – Ayers Rock Design to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT, which is a 20 minute drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
We are seeking a self‑motivated leader with solid conflict‑resolution skills and experience in a similar role to join our retail team. This role will see you providing quality retail service in an efficient and friendly manner, to always ensure the highest guest satisfaction, while assisting the Retail Manager in achieving sales and average guest spend budgets.

Key Duties
Assist the Retail team in selling skills and merchandising, working with the Retail Manager to lift the average spend of guests and ensure profit targets are met.
Together with the Manager,
assist with daily management of staff to ensure they are aligned to the short, medium and long‑range plans of the business.
Assist with management of the daily reconciliation of sales and takings to ensure correct reporting is adhered to.
Provide training and assist in staff development.
