The Successful Applicant
Proven experience in business development within commercial real estate or in negotiating high‑value B2B partnerships, ideally involving property owners, developers, or asset‑light operating models.
Solid financial acumen and ability to close complex deals quickly.
Exceptional networking and negotiation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with drive, resilience, and a passion for growth.
Ideally, you have an established network within Adelaide's commercial real estate market, giving you immediate access to property owners, developers, and investors.
