About the Opportunity
As the Operations Supervisor, you'll oversee day‑to‑day operations at our busy transfer station, ensuring effective bulk material processing while upholding the highest safety and environmental standards. This permanent, full‑time role offers hands‑on leadership and the responsibility for our bulk transfer operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise bulk transfer operations and coordinate daily workflows
Lead, support and develop team members to achieve operational targets
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations
Oversee equipment schedules, inspections and routine maintenance
Build solid relationships with clients and stakeholders
Prepare operational reports and documentation
Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
You Will Bring
HC driver’s license and practical truck driving experience
Previous supervisory/team leader experience in operations,
logistics or waste management
Experience with fatigue management and mass management
Solid understanding of workplace safety requirements
Excellent communication and people leadership skills
Physical fitness for hands‑on operational tasks
