Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Property Manager for a full time, in office position located at our Caroline Springs, VIC office. The Senior Property Manager will oversee the management of a diverse property portfolio, liaise with landlords and tenants, and ensure compliance with property management regulations.



Responsibilities Manage rental income Coordinate maintenance and repairs Address tenant concerns and inquiries Sustain high client satisfaction Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members Ensure compliance with local property regulations and industry best practices Qualifications

Strong property management skills, including leasing, tenant relations, rent collection, and property maintenance coordination Knowledge of local property regulations, compliance requirements, and real estate market trends Proficiency in contract management, negotiation, and administrative tasks Leadership, problem-solving, and ability to mentor team members effectively Exceptional communication, organizational, and client service skills Proficiency with property management software and tools is an advantage Relevant certifications or qualifications in property management or real estate Previous experience in a senior property management role preferred Seniority level
