Talent Acquisition Specialist – Gold Mine Permanent or fixed term with versatile working arrangement.
We’re seeking experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists and Seniors to join our leading gold mining company experiencing significant growth across its Australian operations.
About the Role As part of the team you’ll play a pivotal role in attracting and securing top white‑collar talent across a range of technical disciplines – Geology, Mining Engineering, Metallurgy, etc. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to provide strategic recruitment advice, deliver a high-quality candidate experience, and ensure seamless end-to-end recruitment delivery in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and corporate positions within the mining sector
Partner with stakeholders to understand workforce plans and upcoming talent needs
Develop sourcing strategies to attract hard‑to‑find technical professionals
Screen, shortlist and manage candidates through the recruitment process
Represent the employer brand professionally to both candidates and the market
Contribute to process improvement and talent pipelining initiatives
About You
Proven experience in white‑collar technical recruitment within the mining industry
Strong understanding of technical services roles such as Geology, Mining Engineering or related technical disciplines
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously
Ability to start immediately or within a short notice period
