Job Overview
As a Project Manager, you will own the delivery of high‑value commercial, industrial, or civil projects. Programming and cost management are key responsibilities, with projects typically exceeding $15 million AUD.
Responsibilities
Take full ownership of project lifecycles.
Program development and forecasting.
Prepare budgets, costing and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with BCA standards.
Conduct site inspections, establish and test equipment.
Provide daily and monthly progress reports.
Maintain OH&S;, client care and stakeholder management.
Coordinate subcontractor site inductions and manage on‑site issues.
Deliver projects on time, within contract and budget constraints.
