This is a full time on‑site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in the Greater Perth Area. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, managing the sales process, and identifying current business opportunities. Day‑to‑day tasks include meeting with clients, presenting customized staircase and balustrade solutions, negotiating contracts,



and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and growing the business. Key Qualifications

Robust skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management Experience in relationship‑building, client management, and customer service Knowledge of product presentation, negotiation, and contract management Understanding of architectural designs, construction processes, and technical specifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage Ability to work independently with a results‑driven mindset Previous experience in construction or home building industries is a plus Job Details
