Onboard, build a capable sales team, and create the foundation for sustainable revenue generation. Emphasis on strategic planning, lead pipeline development, and proactive travel.
Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development Develop and submit a documented sales strategy covering Target industries and geographies within (Australia)
Key account acquisition plans
Lead generation and conversion funnel
KPI: Final strategy submitted and approved by management within 45 days.
Lead Generation Actively generate and qualify a target number of leads (exact figures to be based on industry benchmarks).
KPI: At least 90 qualified leads generated across 3 months.
Qualifications
Graduation with min 4Yrs of work experience is required.
must have experience of manufacturing unit(pipe segment)
