About the Role
As Assistant Store Manager,
you’ll support and lead a passionate team of 15 and be responsible for all aspects of the store’s success from sales performance and customer experience to training, visual merchandising, and operational excellence. You’ll create a motivating, collaborative and high‑achieving store culture that reflects the brand’s values: authenticity, quality, and family.
Key Responsibilities
Lead by example in delivering warm, knowledgeable, high‑standard service
Empower and develop your team through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback
Drive KPIs and achieve financial goals across sales, wages, stock, and shrinkage
Maintain exceptional merchandising and store presentation
Uphold a culture of compliance, safety, and operational excellence
Be a brand ambassador and nurture supplier and customer relationships
