The Prospect As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be part of a broader team that provides support to our customers. You will contribute to success by assisting customers with queries while being proactive to problem solve with overall satisfaction being an key goal. This is a permanent full time prospect and will be based onsite at our Blackwoods Regency Park, SA.

Your Key Responsibilities

Assist with general customer queries (via phone and email) and ensure overall satisfaction

Action any administrative tasks related to the Customer Care role

Strive for first contact resolution and deliver on relevant service level objectives
