As a Call Centre Sales Agent for this International company, you will be responsible for contacting existing customers to upgrade/renew their services and speaking with incoming warm leads to convert them into customers. You will be given a explicit and effective sales process to ensure the best possible outcome for our customers.
The Role
Conduct inbound and outbound calls in line with easy to meet targets
Follow the proven sales process to maintain quality and consistency standards
Transition or upgrade existing customers to the most suitable new services
Present to current customers and recommend appropriate products and solutions
Obtain and record accurate customer information to ensure a seamless process
Deliver an exceptional level of customer service in every interaction
Build rapport and establish genuine relationships with customers and stakeholders

Full training provided – all equipment supplied

Monday to Friday, 8am‑4pm or 9am‑5pm (no weekends!)

About You
Previous call centre experience in a sales‑based role is essential
Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic about contributing to a positive team setting
Confident communicator who enjoys building rapport with customers
Motivated by targets and providing great customer experiences
Thrives in a fully on‑site office role (with potential for hybrid flexibility next year)
Organised, adaptable, and ready to have fun while achieving great results
