What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage review and approval of contracts, amendments, and related documentation for new and renewing deals
Ensure all deal documentation complies with corporate standards and approval matrices
Collaborate with licensing teams to cross‑reference agreements and custom terms
Participate in weekly deal review meetings to provide visibility on submitted deals
Build strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders across legal, compliance, operations, and partner teams
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum 12–18 months of experience in contract management, legal operations, or compliance
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (functions,
pivot tables, charts)
Excellent communication skills and ability to facilitate cross‑functional collaboration
Ability to work online at all times due to confidentiality requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with OEM or device partner programs
Familiarity with pricing, deal structures, and approval workflows
Background in technology licensing or global partner ecosystems
Adaptability to fast‑paced, changing business needs
