Duties
Lead and review case plans to meet therapeutic and cultural goals
Coach and support staff to embed strategies in daily care
Engage with families, carers, and agencies to align goals
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with standards
Promote safe, nurturing, and culturally respectful environments
Skills & Experience
Diploma (or working towards) in community, youth, or social work
Proven case management and stakeholder engagement skills
Knowledge of trauma-informed and therapeutic care practices
Robust documentation and compliance capability
Current driver’s licence and probity clearances
