Job Requirements
Communication Skills including Chatting, Writing, and Voice with good grammar.
Ability to MULTITASK.
Ability to quickly devise solutions to problems they are presented with within a Quick‑Paced Setting.
Ability to Quickly Navigate Tools like SHOPIFY, GORGIAS, ASANA, CIN7, etc.
Excellent English and typing skills.
Understand the sense of urgency in a web chat environment.
9am - 5pm AEST Weekdays. No graveyard shift

Core Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via e‑mail and/or phone, ensuring designated quality and productivity standards.
Being responsible for resolving issues or complaints end to end as they arise such as damage in transit, quality complaints, and delays in shipping.
Performing the following related tasks: processing manual credit card and bank payments, booking customer pick up, credit card and direct bank refunds, store credits, item returns, item replacement, or item swap.
Ensure that all customer inquiries are answered in a timely and correct manner.
Proving customer live chat support during weekdays.
Any other duties assigned from time to time.
