Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally, actively prospecting for current clients to expand the customer base.
Establish and maintain a structured follow‑up system to nurture leads, encourage repeat business, and drive customer retention.
Maximise every sales prospect by understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and contributing to the achievement of sales volume and profitability goals.
Stay updated on the latest product features, benefits, and updates across various models or series, enabling confident and informed communication with customers.
Qualifications
Prior experience in automotive sales is highly desirable, with a proven track record of hitting targets and delivering results.
Excellent communication skills.
Solid negotiation skills that balance customer satisfaction with business goals.
