The Role
We're looking for a Financial Reporting Accountant to join our Finance team. In this role, you'll help deliver accurate and timely financial reporting across gaming, non-gaming, and support services business units. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of financial processes and have opportunities to develop your career within our Melbourne finance team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate financial reports, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Support month-end close processes and variance analysis across business units.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance reporting.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
Collaborate with finance business partners and stakeholders to ensure consistency and accuracy.
About You
You bring solid technical accounting skills and a collaborative approach.
You're comfortable working in a dynamic environment and focused on delivering high-quality outcomes.
What We're Looking For
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with CPA/CA qualification (or in progress).
Practical accounting experience in a similar role.
Robust analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data.
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with systems such as Peoplesoft, Opera, and Progen.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
