About the role
With continuing rapid growth, a fantastic prospect presents for an experienced Customer Service Officer to work a varied commercial and consumer portfolio. Reporting to the Operations Manager, your role sits within the Operations Team and will see you collaborating with multiple departments.
Duties
Manage inbound calls and emails to policy holders
Organise payment plans
Listen and understand all customer needs
Provide advice by reviewing accounts and determining the best course of action for both the client and the companies
