Overview
The Physiotherapy Team Lead will be responsible and accountable to develop, manage and deliver a specialist Physiotherapy Service as identified by the care group lead, responsible for introducing recent approaches to physiotherapy access and process, increasing focus on health promotion and self management, responsible for the management and organisation of an identified team employed to deliver the specialist physiotherapy service and responsible for a highly specialised clinical case load within their own area of clinical expertise.
