Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Barista position located in Sydney, NSW. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages and other menu items, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café. Additional tasks include assisting with food preparation, handling transactions, and fostering a welcoming environment for all patrons.

Qualifications
Robust Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to engage with customers and team members effectively.
Proficiency in Barista skills, including knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment operation.
Customer Service skills to provide a friendly and personable experience for all café visitors.
Experience in Food Preparation and handling to support the kitchen and quality food service.
Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting are highly valued.
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
