A structured 12 month program to allow for learning and development. Initial 12 weeks of Graduate intensive training, including an extensive introduction to Concentric and working in the NDIS Allied Health Space. A Supervisor to help you navigate your recent role, with weekly supervision, supporting you every step of the way. Flexi-time; work from home opportunities to allow for work life balance. Completed Bachelor AND/OR Masters degree in Occupational Therapy Full AHPRA Registration (or eligible on graduation) Valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a car Unrestricted Australian work rights Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
