Responsibilites
Delivering attentive polished service with a personal touch
Accurately taking orders and confidently describing menu items and specials
Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless and timely service of food and drinks
Handling guest enquiries and payments with professionalism
Maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness in the restaurant
YOUR BACKGROUND
Minimum 3 yearsexperience in a premium restaurant environment
Strong knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
A team player with a positive skilled demeanour
Current RSA
Flexibility to work across our trading hours including weekdays weekends nights and public holidays
