Deliverables
Design a crest-style and a modern monogram logo reflecting luxury and exclusivity
Create a visually engaging investor pitch document (3–12 pages, A4 portrait) with professional branding and high-quality images
Incorporate key sections: executive summary, vision, facilities, financial details, and investment options
Ensure all materials use a black, gold, and white color scheme and elegant, readable typefaces
Deliver all assets in editable formats and transfer full intellectual property rights upon completion
Requirements
Proven experience in branding, logo design, and high-end pitch document creation
Robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in luxury or premium brand aesthetics
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design tools
Ability to source or create high-quality, relevant imagery
