This business is a well established construction group who are continuing to expand into new markets. With ongoing growth they are looking to add a Design Manager to their team. You will join a high calibre team and work across several projects covering design issues from the pre-construction stage and then following the projects through construction. New projects will be Health/Aged Care developments ranging in size from $30m - $80m. In this role you will deal closely with the design consultants, client stakeholders, relevant authorities and the wider construction teams as the designs are developed and delivered to the construction team.



You will continue to support the project through the construction phase, giving you a rounded job experience on carefully selected projects for high value clients. To suit this role you will need to be a motivated operator, with valuable communication skills along with the ability to work as part of a tight knit team. You will ideally have experience working as an Architect on similar projects and now be open to the move across to a Builder. This represents the prospect to work with high calibre senior management as part of a professional, high performing team. Seniority level
