The Position
An experienced debt recovery lawyer will join our growing Sydney CBD office. You will work across the “whole project” approach, providing legal advice from inception to completion, and will benefit from a hybrid working arrangement and a collaborative, supportive team culture.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in debt recovery
Preparing letters of demand, statements of claim and applications for default judgment
Arranging service of claim statements and managing negotiations to avoid litigation
Compliance with our QMS processes and all steps of the debt recovery process from Letter of Demand to enforcement of judgment
Current practising certificate with at least 4 years’ post‑qualified experience in debt recovery & litigation
Strong problem‑solving, time‑management, initiative and superior communication skills
Motivated,
dynamic, career‑orientated and a team player
Professionally presented and team‑player
