Job Description
This is a contract chance which will support the wider HR team and take the lead on a HR related project. Responsibilities will include;
Assist in resolving employee relations matters effectively and professionally.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
Award interpretation and classification review.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Specialist should have :
Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
Proven experience in HR roles, ideally within education.
Exposure to Educational Services (Schools) General Staff Award 2020 will be highly regarded.
Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in Australia.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and systems is highly regarded.
A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
