The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Project Manager who thrives in complexity, builds trust quickly, and knows how to turn a client’s vision into reality. If you’ve led projects from concept to handover and enjoy mentoring others while solving problems collaboratively, we want to hear from you.
In this role you will…
Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial and mixed-use projects
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
Manage scope, variations, risks, and financials with precision
Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team culture
Deliver strategic consultancy services with sector insight
Represent Savills at industry events and forums
What Sets You Apart
Tertiary qualifications in property or construction
Experience in Head Contract, ECI, and D&C; delivery models
Solid commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
Collaborative mindset and problem-solving ability
Confidence in navigating complex environments
