Responsibilities
Engage with customers in our flagship showroom, offering detailed product information and live demonstrations.
Understand customer needs and budgets, recommending suitable models and configurations.
Build and maintain robust relationships with current and existing clients through proactive follow-up.
Guide customers through the entire sales journey—test drives, quoting, CRM updates, and contract processing.
Deliver an outstanding experience pre- and post-sale, addressing questions and ensuring satisfaction.
Support promotional activities, marketing events, and new product launches.
Coordinate vehicle deliveries and conduct comprehensive handovers.
Collaborate with finance and service departments to deliver seamless service.
Stay informed on EV trends and BYD model updates.
Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.
Location: Wollongong
