About Us: We’re building an AI-native ecosystem for real estate - transforming how brokerages run and how agents get work done. We are a team of scrappy builders with deep experience in the real estate industry. As we grow, we are looking for a highly motivated and talented backend engineer to join our team and help shape the future of real estate technology. What you’ll do: Work closely with leadership and customers to deliver new products end-to-end Collaborate with ML, product, and GTM teams to translate real-world workflows into clean, extensible software Scale existing features and infrastructures to ensure a smooth customer experience Balance speed and quality in a fast-moving startup environment Establish engineering best practices and mentor junior engineers What we’re looking for: 6+ years of backend experience, preferably in rapid-paced environments Strong grasp of systems design, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure (we use Node.js, MongoDB, AWS)
