Experienced Psychiatrist (MD or DO)

Commitment
20+ hours per week
Role Responsibilities
Contribute clinical expertise to the design and evaluation of AI medical outputs.
Review AI-generated medical case studies, diagnoses, and workflows for accuracy and alignment with medical standards.
Provide structured feedback on clarity, safety, and medical rigor to enhance AI model performance.
Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers to refine model performance and outputs.
Work independently and asynchronously with adaptable schedule to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
2+ years of clinical practice work experience in the US.
Experience in psychiatry.
MD or DO from a reputable medical school.
Excellent attention to detail and written communication.

Compensation & Legal
Competitive hourly rate based on experience. Top performers receive a weekly bonus incentive of $30 per hour on top of their pay rate. Daily payment via Stripe Connect.
