We’re looking for an experienced Knowledge Manager to drive service excellence and improve ITIL-based processes.
What you’ll do :
Manage the life-cycleof Knowledge Articles.
Oversee Service Request Management and compliance.
Identify process improvements and leverage AI for efficiency.
Coordinate service delivery and maintain robust stakeholder relationships.
What you’ll bring :
Minimum 4 years’ experience in Knowledge and Service Request Management.
Solid ITIL V3 / ITIL 4 knowledge.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
NV2 Security Clearance
