Employment Lawyer (1PQE) - High-Stakes Disputes This is a great prospect for an Employment Lawyer with 1 year PAE to join one of Melbourne’s most highly regarded Workplace Relations practices.
You’ll work closely with two young, dynamic Partners who are both outstanding technical lawyers and genuinely invested in mentoring the next generation.
Responsibilities
Act in high‑stakes litigation, providing early exposure to complex disputes that shape the direction of employment law across Australia.
Advise on organisational restructures, enterprise bargaining, executive contracts and remuneration, workplace investigations, confidentiality & restraint of trade matters.
Support international enterprises and individuals with interests in Australia,
handling cross‑border issues with major funds, financial institutions, and global law firms.
Collaborate with a collegial team of Partners and Senior Associates to develop well‑rounded employment lawyers capable of lateral thinking and complex problem solving.
