Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Darwin, NT. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining solid customer relationships, identifying client needs, and providing tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales inquiries, processing customer orders, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.



The role also involves contributing to team objectives and identifying opportunities for sales growth.

Qualifications
Solid Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams
Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
Experience in Training or mentoring team members to enhance performance and product knowledge
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills, with an ability to work effectively in a quick‑paced environment
Knowledge of the plumbing, mining, marine, food service, or HVAC/R sectors is advantageous but not required
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and a team player with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
