Join a major metropolitan local government organisation focused on delivering critical infrastructure and maintaining the public domain. We are seeking an experienced qualified to manage the lifecycle of our Civil Assets.
As the Asset Planning Officer, you will provide essential technical expertise and project management across proactive inspection, maintenance programming, and asset renewal. You will lead restoration activities and conduct thorough inspections within road reserves and the public domain.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert technical advice on asset management and lifecycle planning.
Lead proactive asset inspection and coordinate maintenance and renewal programs.
Manage restoration projects for Civil Assets in road reserves and the public domain.
Ensure accurate project programming and reporting.
Candidate Requirements
Demonstrated ability to make informed decisions on complex, asset-related technical issues.
Proficiency in project management and civil asset inspection.
Solid competency in MS Office applications.
Proven capacity for effective verbal and written communication.
Successful track record in managing stakeholders at all organisational levels.
Prospect to work with a leading Council in a growth region.
Deliver meaningful public impact through strategic infrastructure planning.
