We are for Banking Client (Melbourne/Anywhere in Australia) looking for a Solution designer strong focus on Solutioning (Integrating multiple platforms), Stakeholder management, Client-facing role with some solid background in the development(hands on coder) space with the below technologies as positive to have: Key Skills

5+ years experience in Solution Design Technical domain Digital expertise Attributes

Highly developed communication and influencing skills Ability to describe and communicate customers or bankers experiences in the context of impact to the organisation Ability to clearly articulate complex technical issues to business stakeholders Analytical approach to problem investigation, options and recommendations, documentation of findings in a structured way Able to work within time-boxed timeframes i.e.



to a pre-agreed level of quality and detail Can do attitude and versatile to support other streams or carry out other project activities as the need arises Comfortable working at both a strategic and detailed level i.e. conceptually and at a practical level Provide skilled and ethical behaviour in actions by ensuring compliance with external legislation, bank standards and internal operating policies and procedures relevant to the position Ability to deal with highly ambiguous environments, provide structure and simplify complex problems Ability manage expectations, convince and influence senior stakeholders (i.e. Head of Technology and above) Ability to take complete ownership and accountability and drive outcomes Confident and will challenge even at the senior levels Ability to drive out options and solutions when dealing with problem spaces Step up to help the wider team as required / Be positive and support the mobile team in wider organisational conversations (e.g. team player) Willingness to learn and challenge processes so to improve efficiency
