Property & Family Lawyer at W3Global
We are looking for a property and family lawyer to join our established firm. We work with a wide range of clients from large property developers and high net worth individuals through to small businesses and regular families.
Our firm is a welcoming place to work with an experienced team. We encourage our lawyers to develop their professional skills and to maintain a healthy work‑life balance.
Experience Requirements
At least three years post‑admission experience in property law including conveyancing, property development, complex duty lodgements, and other general property work.
General family law experience including drafting binding financial agreements, property matters, parenting matters,
and briefing counsel.
Experience in other practice areas looked upon favourably as we are a general practice.
Supervision
The role will be supervised by experienced practitioners with responsibility for the property and family law practice areas at our firm. We expect the successful candidate to be able to run their own files under supervision.
