Working with a outstanding team, the Rostering & Scheduling Officer plays a key role in our business. You will create and manage rosters for multiple front‑line departments, ensuring compliance with fatigue management legislation and enterprise agreements, and delivering a robust, efficient, and protected network. You will also liaise with key stakeholders, consulting with the roster committee and creating buy‑in for proposed network and timetable changes.
Responsibilities
Creating and managing multiple rosters for front‑line staff.
Maximising labour productivity and delivering on customer service.
Adhering to fatigue management legislation and enterprise agreements.
Liaising with stakeholders and roster committee to secure change buy‑in.
What You Bring
Well‑developed IT skills, preferably with experience in rostering or planning systems.
Background in highly regulated industries such as transport or logistics.
Ability to manage competing demands in a busy environment,
meeting tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
