Role Description
This is an in office role located in Eagle Farm, QLD, for a flexible casual Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, answering inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing orders, resolving customer concerns, and building positive relationships through exceptional service and communication.
Qualifications
Expertise in Customer Service, including delivering a positive Customer Experience
Strong skills in Customer Support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Effective communication abilities, both verbal and written
Solid problem-solving and multitasking skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus
Flexible and adaptable to dynamic work environments
