Exciting Prospect: Youth Worker at PCYC NSWPCYC NSW is dedicated to creating safer communities for young people.
We are looking for a Youth Worker to join our team in Lake Macquarie.
The role is part time, 30 hours per week, 8am-4pm, with a market-competitive salary of $* per hour.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate group sessions focused on employability and life skillsProvide one-on-one mentoring and support to program participantsCollaborate with employers and community organizations to generate employment opportunitiesAssist in recruitment efforts and program promotionMonitor participant progress and provide ongoing support throughout the program durationMaintain case notes, records and administrative information in accordance with program standardsAttend weekly program meetings to contribute toward evaluation and improvement processesEnsure compliance with funder metrics,
