Join Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal as a People and Culture Graduate supporting HR initiatives in a two-year fixed-term program.
Your Role Here’s what you will be doing:
Support delivery of key HR initiatives and programs across the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement, and performance.
Gain exposure to all aspects of HR within the People and Culture team.
Work collaboratively with an experienced team to support People and Culture functions.
About You The company is looking for:
Recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate with a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related discipline.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and organisational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, build trust, and develop robust working relationships at all levels.
Initiative, enthusiasm, and ability to work effectively in a team workplace.
