OES is on the lookout for a

Senior Digital Designer

to help shape the future of our in‑house creative capability. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming our creative output across paid and organic channels. From Meta to TikTok, YouTube to LinkedIn, you'll craft platform‑fit assets that drive impact across the entire marketing funnel from awareness to conversion. Responsibilities

Lead the creation of high‑performing digital assets (static, motion, UGC‑style, short‑form video) Translate campaign briefs into compelling creative executions Mentor junior designers and elevate our design standards Collaborate across Marketing, Performance Media, Learning Design, and Content teams Contribute to creative testing, optimisation, innovation, and the student experience Qualifications

5+ years' experience in digital design, ideally in performance marketing or agency settings Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma Solid motion design and video editing skills Deep understanding of full‑funnel creative strategy A collaborative mindset and mentoring experience A passion for innovation and continuous improvement About OES
